The corporate team works with the purchase and sale of businesses, share issues and fission and merger processes. This team can assist in all transaction phases, including in connection with contract negotiations, due diligence processes and when preparing transaction documentation.

Our lawyers have and have held board positions in various companies within a number of different business areas, including listed companies.

 

Our partner and chairman of the board Karl-Anders Grønland was secretary of the committee that drew up the Norwegian Limited Liability Companies Act. He also has several publications in the area of company law, including two books on company law topics.
