Since 1986, SGB has assisted small and medium-sized businesses, public authorities and private clients with pointed, legal advice within our core areas.

Ever since its inception, distribution, franchise and agent agreements have been a central part of the business. Later, the firm's expertise has been expanded, particularly within company law and transactions, property, tax and duty, working life, etc.

The firm currently has around 15 lawyers, all of whom have been carefully selected due to their ability to deliver legal advice of high professional quality, while at the same time taking care of the customer in a good and reassuring way. For us at SGB, it is not enough that the advice is correct - the customer must also be left with a positive experience of their contact with our lawyers.

 

We therefore make high demands on ourselves in all stages of the service delivered to customers.

As a result of the fact that we assist all aspects of the business world, we also have a broader perspective on the issues we come across in our assignments. Our advice is not colored by which side of an issue we stand on. The customer can therefore be confident that the advice they receive from our lawyers is objective, balanced and well-considered.

We are based in modern premises at Parkveien 53b, in downtown Oslo. However, our lawyers can also conduct meetings digitally or via telephone, and can also offer out-of-town client meetings by further agreement.
